Would like to learn how to fly and angle up and away. 45 degrees from ground, backwards, with gimbel 45. This way the camera see's the same point.

Practice and practice, I can master this will the sticks.

Using the Litchi app with a compatible drone helps with this. You can select "interpolate" and change the gimble angle at each waypoint.

There is a Quickshot that will do that. It's called Dronie. It may not be specific enough for your needs (exact angle, length of time, etc.) but it does that motion.
