LG Stylo 5..anyone using successfully?

Hey all. My mini arrives in a couple days. I ordered it not even thinking about phone compatibility. I use cricket, and the LG Stylo 5 is their only affordable phone that I have seen after searching as something that may work. I'd love to hear from anyone using that phone that can confirm my google inquires are correct as in it working, as it was very few posts claiming it does, and isn't on the official list. It is a arm processor, Android 9 pie, and 64 bit. My only other option to fly is borrowing a iPhone 6s, but the small screen...?. Thanks much!

DJI actually tests very few phones overall. I'd guess that most pretty vanilla Android phones with reasonably up-to-date operating systems will work.

Others might have more info.

I tried loading the DJI Fly app on my LG Stylo 4 and it was not in the Play Store. I did not try to sideload it as I also have an iPhone and it worked.

I did look at a comparison of the Stylo 4 and 5 and they have the same CPU and RAM. Go into the Google Play Store and look for the DJI Fly App. If it is in there you should be good to go.
