A NEW type of CINEMATIC Shot - may not require Any Movement of the DRONE-
Just Great Timing - in Post Production. (So here are two ideas)

1] Keeping the Drone in ONE point of View - has advantages - in POST-
One can Cut Out the 'Dead' time only keeping ACTION time.
Like Watching Wild Animals at a Watering hole - or a security area for activity.
OR.... Watching Lightening in an awsome Thunderstorm -

Being 6000ft above MSL Has its advantages and disadvantages.
Incredible Lightening during Thunderstorms is the Johannesburg NORMAL.
Here some Incredible Flashes in under 2 minutes on the Ridge.

2] Lightening PANORAMA using MS-ICE
... so using this short movie - an incredible Panorama of flashes can be seen in one single Photo-

Nice video !

Not a complaint, but wondering how YouTube did not advise you of copyright infringement for the music ?

I have received several in similar situations ?

6000ft AGL? I didn't think a DJI could go up that high.
Perhaps what was meant was 6000ft MSL? That's possible if near 6000ft MSL on launch.

I think he means that the Drone has been launched at a ground altitude of 6,000 ft - otherwise that's a reaallllly tall tree in the foreground! :)

haha :D

I mean 6000ft above MSL

INFO: Johannesburg is the highest(above MSL) Large City in South Africa at 1800 metres (5,900 feet). So the drone typically operates with less air and lift. Essentially it means slightly shorter flight times - but Mavic 2 - still KILLS it- (Johanneburg isnt the Himalayas)
