I just came across this map that shows where you can't fly with Basic license (Canada). There is a side bar on the left where you can specify if you have Basic or Advanced license and it will highlight things accordingly. I think it's mainly useful for Basic license flying. Looks like pretty much all of Toronto, Mississauga, Markham is off limits for Basic license flying.
