For the same reasoning you used to consider suing DJI.Why would I sue them?

I did! Did you read my new post? I lost my other one. A mini 3 pro. I guess I hadn't posted that when you commented. Why not take more than one drone for your trip?
Apparently as often as you loose drones, 1 back up is insufficient. You probably need 3 or 4. Possibly you could get a discount on Amazon with a subscription and autoship once very few months. I do that with my boat supplies.I did! Did you read my new post? I lost my other one. A mini 3 pro. I guess I hadn't posted that when you commented.
Well, I hope I don't need more than 2. Most of my trips I haven't lost a drone. But I do want to take 2 mavic 3 pro's on my next trip. I buy a lot of stuff from Amazon, but I'm not familiar with a subscription. I prefer to get my replacements from China. When I buy from Amazon, I have to pay a lot in duties and shipping.Apparently as often as you loose drones, 1 back up is insufficient. You probably need 3 or 4. Darwin Award winner here for sure.
If anyone ever doubts why drones are so widely hated, why the regulations and restrictions keep piling up, and why folks feel drones need to be outlawed, just read this thread. We are doomed.
"This is why we can't have nice things."
Yeah..I wasn't going to say anything but now that you have...
OP was also talking about filming some random kids with his drone which is downright weird/creepy.
Just today, I also read a post on a DJI group Facebook page where someone was bragging about using their drone to " mess with people ". In this case it looked like some cops the guy was messing with.
All I wanna do is sit in my backyard and fly over the forested area behind my house but these nitwits are going to make it impossible to do even that.
These are the sort of creeps that are giving the hobby a bad name.
Trying to capture unique, epic video of waves breaking is hardly in the same category.
So here's the Phantomhelp link for my Mavic 3 Pro that crashed into the ocean.
So again, I need some expert to tell me what happened. I can attach the txt file if you need it.
Well, that's what I thought happened, but can you confirm that from the flight records? My mini was not too low, and it still crashed into the ocean. I posted the video to prove that. So maybe the Mavic did the same thing the mini did. From post #1: " I got too low, and a big wave hit my drone."
No one has said you're dumb. But you did put two drones into positions where waves and spray could come into contact with them. You stated that in the case of the first drone in your initial post.So these people who were saying I was too dumb to analyse what happened, still can't explain what happened, even after I provided the data from the flight records! And no one has said why the mini dove into the ocean.
