map and camera on two screens

has anyone been able to get the map on the smart controller and video through hdmi to second monitor
i can see how to send clean view with no HUD clutter, but when i change to map, both monitors show the map.

I haven't found a way to do this, the HDMI out is simply a clone of your SC's display. It would be a great idea to have that option though.

Not quite from what I understand. I believe it is possible to have full display including telemetry on SC, but only camera video on HDMI. You'd think if that were possible, switching to map on SC would not affect video view on HDMI.

Looks like you can, I've never done this before, see video below. I haven't been able to try it when you have the camera view only and hit the map it still shows the map on both?

Yep, set for camera view on hdmi, which shows clean image with no Telemetry info, but when change to map on SC, map is displayed on both

This is probably a bug honestly. Have you tried Litchi? I have a feeling you can do it with Litchi and is worth contacting DJI support with a video of you trying to get the map on the SC and the live view on the monitor. They respond much better if there a video of the bug.

Not sure if its a bug. Have also asked same question on DJI forum and no one knows. I think its just the way it is. I will try litchi when i get home and will report back

apparently from what i heard from thors drone world it used to work but an update to the sc broke it,

Ahh hopefully they will fix it.
Just tried with litchi and no go. Strange behaviour actually. On camera I get nothing and when I select maps I get the maps.
I will say though, the feelgood monitor is amazing. Only that little bit bigger, but for me it makes a big difference.
If DJI can fix the maps thing I’d be 100% happy

feelgood monitor makes a huge improvement for me also, what I do sometimes, I use the second std remote and a iPad and have the map displayed on that, ok if you have somewhere to place the remote.
