Right, it sounds more like grey market to me. I can only speak to my experience and they told me I would need to wait until it's "officially available in the United States" before I could get ay warranty service. Yes, if you dropped it on the ground in Denmark it is covered, also DJI Care Refresh is available as it normally is anywhere outside of the United States as I understand it. I didn't purchase it, a friend did and then I paid him for it after he returned home.
From the United States you cannot access anything to do with the Mavic 4 Pro drone on the official website, so you cannot purchase DJI Care Refresh at all, as well as anything else to do with this drone, ND filters, etc. any of it. The page throws up a 404 error unless you're using a proxy.
That said I have been using DJI for many years now and have never had better customer service when it comes to warranty and DJI Care Refresh, they've always been excellent in every way and gone above and beyond when it's come to my issues (and I've had a few) so I have a hard time knocking them. It's not their fault a wilted pumpkin of a madman is ruining this stuff for everyone, I feel bad for them.
