Mavi pro spins then crash!

Hi, yesterday my mavic killed itself. It was doing its return to home when it had a gimbal overload then lost connection with the controller. The data from the flight shows it performing normally then it seems to plummet to the ground while spinning uncontrolably. To clarify- it did not hit anything, just dropped from the sky! I found it eventually and it still had 42% battery but its mangled! Ive had the gimbal overload a few times but it sorts itself out in flight and then all is good. Has anyone had their mavic fall out the sky???? Im pissed odf that i need to buy a replacement now- cant seem to find anywhere that just sells the drone without the controller etc....

Flight logs? No DJI Care Refresh? If it's technical fault and still under warranty, DJI should replace for free.

post the txt log from the flight, then we can (likely) tell you what happened.

depending on what happened and if you have DJI care DJI might replace/repair it for free or repair for a fee, or give you a discount of buying just a drone.

A Mavic Pro that spinned to his dead, sounds most likely that perhaps you didn't put a prop correctly? The lost of a prop will result in spinning and camera overload.
