HELP, I have a Mavic 2 pro, while flying battery goes from about 60% then within seconds its show critical battery , and lands . This happens with 3 batteries. Now two of them will not turn on at all, the on button has no effect when pushed held or anything. Volt meter on contacts reads nothing. Pulled apart measured battery at 15.volts, so full. Any ideas would be great
The critical error has been random on all 3 batteries. but seems to be ok when straight off the charger

History on these batteries?
original DJI batteries , the drop to critical has been random for about 12 months after being used after idle from auto discharge, seem to work ok direct from the charger. Seems odd the battery measures full charge from the battery terminals but nothing fron the connectors

I would check the connector at the aircraft to make sure it’s clean.
Next would be to try a new battery and verify it’s a battery issue versus something in the aircraft. With what you describe, the ones you have may not be safe to fly with.
The other possibility could be what is being used to charge the batteries. Try a different charger?

Ive tried both DJI , 4 x battery charger, the single one and the 12 volt . seems to make no differene. Aircraft contacts are straight and clean.
Will have to wait for a new battery to try that. Cheers

Also with the two dead batteries, the green on button does nothing , no lights no matter how its pushed, normal on single push. on push and hold or hold on , Nothing

The correct sequence for turning on would be push the button, let it go, then push and hold for just a short time and let go.
