Hi all,

‘’I’ve just powered up the mavic 2 zoom and had a small fly. The left button that controllers the gimble look down and up isn’t working. I’ve calibrated the gimble, checked the controllers all linked . The gimble moves in all directions when in calibration mode and moves with a light finger touch but just won’t work with the left hand side dial button.
any ideas to help me solve this please/

cheers

Edit; I had to read it (#1)over and over to understand what was mentioned

IT probably is moving, just you need to adjust the sensitivity?

Besides using the scroll wheel on the RC to move gimbal up/down, you can also press/drag on your screen to pan as well as tilt gimbal.

Try calibrating RC, which includes calibrating the wheels as well as the sticks.

What was unclear at first was if you were referring to the programmable C1/C2 buttons or the wheel. I found the programmable C and 5P buttons stop working after an app crash during a flight which I thought might be your issue. Starts working on subsequent flights.
