Mavic 3

I recently contacted DJI in regards to a flyaway with my Mavic 3 drone. I initially thought the drone was lost because I was using active track and it disappeared. They responded to me 2 days later that the drone cannot sense small or fine objects and the best they could do was offer me 15% off a replacement Mavic 3. Come to find out the drone was found in my. neighbors back yard in a creek because it smacked into a tree, so much for not being able to see small or fine objects.. What a (Mod Removed Language)joke having insurance is
