mavic air asteroid mode camera not responding

Whenever I tried to shoot Astroid, it shows"camera not responding" message on the screen, and then the drone hovers and do nothing. Some ppl said it's the gimbal's problem, I am not sure. I was able to select the Astroid mode and select myself with the green dot, but after that the drone would not start moving and taking video. Any ideas of how it's acting like this?

Make sure the drone is not to close to you. Also make sure you are not in sport mode

I think you need to be at a certain height also. I'm pretty sure I had the same issue till I went higher up and then it worked fine.
