Well technically we don’t know if it even has a sport mode yet. The images we’ve seen of the remote so far show no sport mode button. And we also haven’t seen anything in regards to speed based off the best buy specs.

good point. They may keep the mavic mini without sports mode as some countries not only limit the takeoff weight but also the impact of the drone if it were to fall out of the sky. Perhaps keeping sport mode out of the drone helps in that regard. Also maybe the Li-Ion cells in the mavic mini aren't up to snuff for true sport mode? We will have to wait and find out.

Wonder how ND filters are going to slot over the camera? Doesn't seem like there are any threading for it to lock in.

Currently they have no filters for it, but third party vendors should move in on that soon enough I think.
The point also to consider is that the weight will be over the 250g limit in the Canadian regs, not sure about the FAA in the states weight restriction.

Just remember as soon as you pass that weight you're not legal.
