Mavic mini for real estate?

No, you need RAW for real estate photography. And 4k for video.

I would think that 1080p on video that is posted online would be sufficient. It has a 12 megapixel camera so again it would depend on what quality you want... Unless you're doing a really high and stuff I didn't think that raw images are necessary. Also don't forget you'll need your 107 certificate to do any commercial flying regardless of the fact that it is under the 250 g weight limit for General FAA registration

I had thought it might be. I think that for quite low end jobs you might get away with it.
But in general the video is a bit grainy, the images are good quality but lack dynamic range because shooting in Jpg.
An additional problem is lack of ability to withstand moderate wind.

Depends on your customers and their requirements, but likely not.

If your customers expect you to deliver images on time and be reliable, then mavic mini is probably not the tool for the job due to wind issues!
