Mavic Mini seems to lift front end first and rear lifts slower so does not ascend straight up but goes at an angle forward then up

Also showing power load max on screen and seem to hear a little unusual noise coming from a motor somewhere.Could this be a faulty motor ?

No nothing attached was fine last time out before today.Just dropped to the ground too seemed out of control

It sounds like the well known lack of thrust problem with the rear motors, but you will need to post the flight log to confirm.

Could very well be flattened props. Very dangerous. You can also tell that at lift off if the Mini has a tendency to go backwards just after lifting up.

Mine goes back slightly than up, that is a sign of needing to replace rear prop? Bet it is those **** silicone blade holders alot of us are using.

I've previously noticed a post where this behavior was appointed as the symptom of such problem.
If the excursion becomes too noticeable at take-off that could very well be a sign of flattened props. Worth checking.

Sent the Mini back to DJI for repair and have replied that the fault was a faulty power esc board module defect so hope to have it returned soon
