mavic pro battery

hi guys
i have a new mavic pro battery and cell one is diff from the other 2 cells, is this normal?.enclosed is a pic from airdata

You can place the offending battery in the Mavic Pro and the fire up DJIGO4 and connect. Then look at the battery voltages that are listed. If you see a large difference in one of the cells then you can try and calibrate your battery by depleting it to 10 % and then doing a full recharge.

Just power up the Mavic Pro and leave it sitting so the battery slowly depletes.
