Is this true??
no,the big eye got a bad case of the pink eye from the evo deing finally relesed, dji is diligently pumping the big eye with autrelbiotics to ease the big pictures symptomsThey must have updated the firmware and bricked it...
thats gonna be a big mistake for them,i think they wanted to but i guess even big companies have limitationsWell that sucks. I thought dji would pounce on the autel release, not give autel a month or longer to establish their new drone.
That's funny... And likely true..They must have updated the firmware and bricked it...
It looks like this announcement is going to be delayed. DroneDJ received the following note from DJI today:
"Thank you for RSVP’ing for the ‘See the Bigger Picture’ event on July 18th. Today we are making the difficult decision to push back the event. DJI is committed to introducing the most high-quality, cutting-edge technology in the market. We will postpone ‘See the Bigger Picture’ so we can deliver according to our standard of innovation. User experience is our top priority, and we wanted to ensure we can exceed our customers’ expectations for our technology by the time of the event. Please stay tuned for more information. Thank you for your continued interest and support."

What mistake are you referring to?Wow.. maybe they saw what the competition had to offer (Parrot NFI and Austel) and held back to not make the same mistake they did when the decapitated the GoPro Karma.
DJI launched the (IMO) revolutionary Mavic Pro prematurely and at a very very affordable price point (i think it was personal and intentional to kill GoPro - Wang vs Woods). The Mavic Pro is almost 2 years old and still ahead of the game and still worth every dollar to this day. There isn't another craft out there that is small and reliable and transmits 7km away with minimal lag. What mistake are you referring to?
Only to sell them as soon as the MP was available. Don't forget, it was mainly Gopro users going for the Karma. DJI wilfully abandoned Gopro after their decision to stop supporting Gopro on their Phantom series. That was a typical strategic decision, certainly not a mistake. Some suppliers just gave up and others in desperation just bought the Karma out of spite for DJI.
