Multi battery charger not working

I only get a red light on the charger and it will not charge any of the batteries. Any suggestions.

Did you plug the normal battery charger into the hub? The only time I've seen the red light is if I plug the hub in through micro usb

I pluged the USB into the ac charger USB port

Flip the charging hub over and plug it in like you would a battery

Plug the other cable into the bottom. Looks like you have the controller charger cable plugged into the charger.

Thanks so much. I didn't see that connecter on the bottom. Up and charging. What is the small cord I was using for?

Correct...the USB Micro port on the side of the hub is for firmware updates when available
