If it ain't broke...

Just turn off all internet antennas on your DJI GO device and it won't force you to do anything.

I'm a compulsive updater on all my devices and linux servers, so I can't resist.

Firmware updates are always optional. While I think it's a great idea to always install new firmware after it's known to be stable, you can ignore the firmware update prompts if you don't want to upgrade for some reason.
