Hi Smokieflies.
The area above the resevoir is an old mine (100+ years ago), the location is dotted with old tracks and derelict buildings which the mine used.. The resevoir itself is no longer in use and is full of goldfish, carp and all kinds of wildlife (No one know how they got there...)
