Need Battery Codes for Mavic 4 Pro

You’re very welcome for the assistance.

I do want to reiterate for anyone that finds this thread in a search later that based on the manual and how I understand your description of the symptoms thus far, I do not believe anything was ever malfunctioning and that the concern from the DJI rep was likely due to a miscommunication.
I understand what you are saying. However, the alternating lights have never done this in the past several months since I purchased the M4. And admitting they did come on and alternate while transferring files, they have never come on while simply checking the battery level. And the fact that this it was behaving differently, my concern was where the difference in it status may or may not interfere while flying. I would rather ask others if they experienced this, and check with DJI, rather than risk $5k. I communicated to DJI walking them step by step with them on the phone, and also them instructing me on a couple of procedures step by step, also sending them a video. And since their "experts' did not have an answer, I maintained my concern.
It all worked out in the end with myself and others learning something.
We now know about the change if transferring files while the battery is in place, how to correct it, and where and how to get M4 files (using Canada as a location). And more importantly we have some new friends in the group.

I understand your concern completely and would’ve acted similarly. The only part I disagree with is when you say “how to correct it.” Based on the manual, everything is operating as described and there is nothing to correct. Yes, you stopped the lights blinking by turning off the ability to quick transfer when the power is off, but that doesn’t mean that anything was wrong when this setting was on.

Something else to remember is that DJI have a habit of resetting any timers when buttons are pressed. So while waiting for the 12 hour countdown for standby mode to turn off, if you pressed the power button to check if standby mode was still on, what you really did was to extend the time standby mode was on for another 12 hours!
