New Mavic Pro Owner in Virginia

I'm a new owner of a Mavic Pro in Northern VA (NOVA). I actually purchased it in December, but haven't flown it much due to the weather. I'm looking forward to getting it out and learning how to take great videos. Anyone from NOVA feel free to hit me up and offer any advice on great places to get some good footage.

Welcome, I'm in Dumfries. What city are you in? I would recommend you get the airmap app and familiarize yourself with your area. There are many places in the Nova region that are no fly zones to include a 15-mile radius around downtown DC. If you find yourself looking for parks or just nice places to fly let me know.
