Hello from Virginia Beach.
I'm trying to fly near oceana airport and Sentara helipad and have authorization from the FAA. The app keeps telling me I'm not logged into "the acct". What account do I need to be logged into to fly the drone?

Try doing a Query using the glass on the upper right hand corner of the screen. I have issues like that some times, I just move a block further and no issues.

You need to unlock your drone through Self Unlocking - Fly Safe - DJI Put in the required information and have your controller's serial number ready
