New to the Mavic Pro Platinum

Just made a huge leap from the Phantom 3 to MPP! Today kids surprised me with DJI Goggles. Haven’t hit the power button on any of it! Read Manuals, update everything. What should I know out the gate? Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated

I think I've benefited the most from flying VLOS in open fields, and I still practice that every chance I get.

I completely agree with this! The first few minutes of every flight I like to fly VLOS, first to test the Mavic before I fly off into the distance, and second to improve my skills. You can have lots of fun in sport+ mode once you get good. Also this will help when you start to use the goggles.
