Thats an illegal scam.
If you were to buy those items individually here in Australia it would cost you close to $3000
We get scammed legally here.

Confirmed scam.

A friend of mine took a risk and ordered it. After two weeks he got a tracking number. After about a month, the package he was tracking came in the mail with just this inside:
