No, I didn’t misread. When a new model is released there is no way the forum owners can know if it will be a single model as was the case with the Spark and Tello or multiple models like the Mavics and Phantoms.

For me, I like the way the forum owners are doing things. I wouldn’t want to have a single forum and have to wade through layers and layers of sub forums to get to the model discussion I want. The MavicPilots forum already covers a large number of drones and has many sub-forums making it more complex than the single drone forums.

You can easily access the other forums through the links at the bottom of the page.

With all due respect Chris, you did misread and accused me of saying that members of the NEO forum were stupid which i did not. I would never be condescending of the opinions of others, at least not deliberately.

One Brand umbrella with separate categories is a great way to go. Having to log into separate forums for each dji drone you own is not a smart way to go.

Maybe the NEO forum will survive as the popularity grows. It's way too soon to know. But there may be more NEO traffic in this thread than at the forum.

I wouldn't know because the NEO forum banned me, while trying to make my first post, branding me as SPAM. "Contact the administrator..." Sure, give me a link. I couldn't find one and don't think I'll bother.

I tried to but as previously mentioned, was banned while trying to make my first post for NFR. Apparently there's some auto-screening, but there was no administrator link I could find. So no, I don't think I will.
