Welcome! Correct, there is a lot to learn to feel confident. Great resources here via the search tool, read & reread the manual, & beginner oriented YouTube videos.

Hello everyone! I'm new to drone flying only because the lesser drone models were difficult to fly. The Mavic Pro 2 which I purchased recently seems much easier to fly in novice mode, but is a much more complicated piece of machinery up front. I hope to learn many things from all you fellow droners out there!
Welcome to Mavic Pilots from Dayton Ohio USA! Enjoy your new Mavic 2 Pro, Fly safe and have fun!
