OcuSync 3.0+ only on smart controller? And is waypoints 3.0 planned or not?

I bought it last week, and i am dissapointed that the standard RC is ocusync 2.0.
Also I read that waypoints 3.0 would be available but one youtuber says dji confirmed it is not planned.
