Thanks B7, still working on it though, but nearly there! We had a TV Presenter in Australia who once said "the best ad-lib is a rehearsed ad-lib" and it's a bit like that with shooting I think. Plan your shot and moves in detail, do pre-runs if needed, but then just relax and let it be natural is the way I try to approach it.
