pc specs for video photo editing for serious use

hello to everybody!
i have a dell t3500 workstation with
16 ram
intel (r) xeon(r) w3690 3.47ghz
250 ssd
1 terra simple hard disk
and gtx nvidia 970 card...

i use it for video editing with premiere pro ,but i have some issue with laging time to time...
and videos at youtube that im doing cant watch it at 2160 without laging
i have an exellent camera,sony a7iii ,for those that you know, and i cant watch smooth 4k content,specialy at internet..
in near future ill buy and drone too...
but what ill buy first?
drone or just some smart upgrade move for my pc???

Good news : Ran smooth at 4K on my widesceen.
Bad news: Your going to need a radio active cleansing and your lens got compromised with dust all over it ..

I think the video would have been more dynamic had you flown the Drone over to the Hosp and than landed inside of it or on top of it and than did the inside crptic tour, the pictures at the end were really nice. ..and Music was a good choice. I also think flying away would have been a good closure ..

As far as your Computer 16 Ram is not enough you need to boost to 64 gig or Ram to really have ability avoid the proxy lags while video editing.
4K is hard on any machine but the extra Ram is essential on the back end.

In order to watch youtube videos you need a good internet connection , I get 800 Meg on att and it provided very smooth internet streaming.. but anyone that has less than 100 our not going to watch 4K without some lagging.
