Phantom Pro +4 V2.0 Mapping Options in Nov 2020?

Mapping with this Phantom 4 + V2.0 has me perplexed on what I can do.
I knew the controller was android I supposed by watching all the videos before I purchased this
disappointment of a Plus Controller. The Amazon site even has an app for all Phantoms except they do not support the plus.
I have tried Litchi to one full day of watching videos that would never set the craft in the air. The programs would load but never connect
I need to be able to map with waypoints on this Quad. Any suggestions very much appreciated. Chris in Midland, Texas

The + controller is a closed ecosystem and won't accept 3rd party apps.
If you buy a regular V2.0 controller (the original version is not compatible with the V2.0 model) and link that to the drone, you'll be able to do all the mapping you want.

Litchi is not a mapping program.
Have a look at one of the real mappings apps like DroneDeploy instead.

A smart controller with Dronelink will work fine
That drone is great for mapping.
