Phone disconnected

was flying my drone around today and my phone completely lost contact with my controller. My RC was still connected so no major problem, not just a little freak out. Running latest version in go 4 on iPhone X. Can anyone give me some troubleshooting on that? Maybe my cord want plugged in all the way because of my phone case. IDK

If the controller is fine, then most of these are problems with the cable connection between the RC and the device. Pull and reseat it, use a new cable, clean he slots where each end of the cable is inserted, or switch to the USB port on the RC instead of the side port.

Otherwise, it's a glitch with the app, which can be uninstalled and reinstalled. That would be my troubleshooting process.
