Each year our area Rotary Clubs put on a multi-million light extravaganza in La Crosse, WI along the banks of the Mississippi River. Donations of food, money and the time of 3000 volunteers all benefit agencies which address the needs of the neediest in our communities.
The images below are a reduced-size full panorama and crop from the full size panorama. Source images are from a Mavic 2 Pro and processed in PTGui, Lightroom, Photoshop and Topaz tools for noise reduction. I have been creating panoramas from digital images for almost 20 years. I like to think of the Mavic as the world's tallest tripod. ;-)
I should note that capturing this image required LAANC authorization since the area is in a class D airspace with a ceiling of 100ft AGL in this grid section. It is right on final approach for the main runway at our regional airport.
