First 4K edit and the ground is pixelating a lot. Looks like it's moving all around.

It's hard to see while editing because the video is downgraded so I don't know until it's produced. I would love to start using 4K but have a lot to learn.
What am I doing wrong. I am very new at editing so please keep it simple if possible. Thanks
