Probably a dumb question about high resolution pictures.

Its my third day owning my P2 zoom and I have had about 4 batteries of flying time. Probably used 1 battery just looking at all the menus (I am over my head). I keep reading about a 48mp high resolution picture. Where is the setting for that? I did search and looked at a bunch of topics but can not find the info I am looking for.
