Hi Guys, I am new here, this is my first post ever lol.

I purchased the smart controller and tried everything to connect to my modem at home. What worked for me was to log into your modem
Go to the area where you can Enter the ‘whitelist’ of Mac Addresses which are approved by the modem.

You can find your Mac Address for your smart controller Settings -> Wireless then top right press COG Wheel , there you will find Mac Address

Put that address in exactly how you see it into the area where your modem has a ‘Whitelist’ of approved Mac addresses.
Press save changes and hey Presto I got mine to work. As I mentioned before , I tried all suggestions here in the forums to no avail.
This one Worked!

The root problem was your home WiFi Access Point’s security settings were too tight and preventing it to permit additional devices to be connected without intervention, nothing to do with the DJI device.

it’s great you resolved it on your own.

I found that I had to choose WPA-PSK [TKIP] + WPA2-PSK [AES] security option instead of just WPA2-PSK [AES] to get it to connect.
