Single tracks like that are really fun. I prefer the non-widest angle shots, not the really wide ones that look almost fish-eye from the drone- they are too distorted. The cinematic wide angle shots (like the ones following the rider) are really nice. Golden hour lighting is the best for any type of images - beautiful and easy to do in winter! I do like the transitions between the GoPro and the drone also, so much so that I would not have called it “Drone vs. GoPro” - they went very well together!
It was good to show carrying the bike around the snow patches instead of riding off-trail to go around them - shows respect for the land and the trail (you stayed on it as much as you could the entire time) which is important - wish more hikers and bikers did that!
The soundtrack was good, I really like how you kept the audio from your GoPro going throughout the video, including with the drone shots. I carry an audio recorder with me to record ambient sound when I’m flying - also recording before or after the drone flies and then I lay that track in, especially if I’m in a natural area with sounds of a stream, bird song, or rustling sounds of leaves in the wind there. If the sound of the drone is not too loud, I would even use that, but I guess you could also filter its noise out using certain programs like Audacity.
Nicely done!
