RC Pro can't download new firmware

Have the RC Pro for my mavic 3 but the controller won't allow me to download the firmware upgrade it says because it's out of room. Am I doing something wrong? I wouldn't imagine that DJI would create a firmware that was too big to fit onto the controller.

Have you tried upgrading it from the DJ Assistance desktop software?

Also, check the storage via the Settings and make sure you haven't filled it up with cached photos and videos.

Had to clear my cache to get the last update to install.

I had to uninstall a couple of apps first

Under system select apps then the DJI fly app then clear cache

Yes, cleared and is now fine
