Rear optical sensor error 1A0100C4

Hello,

I have just received my new Air3 from Amazon.
3 hours to charge batteries, update the firmware (all batteries), before starting my Air3.

As soon as I start the motors, I get the error 1A0100C4
" Erreur du capteur optique arrière.
Contacter le service client DJI "

Rear optical sensor error.
Contact DJI Customer Support

I tried redownloading the firmware.
I checked all sensors (drone is new)
There is no option to calibrate these sensors using DJI Assistant under Windows.
I did several complete restart (Rc AND drone)
I tried outside, inside.
I did calibrate the compass and the IMU (we never know)

No luck. Drone failure.

Maybe I forget something ?

@rddl can you just comfirm, that the drone came ,in a clear wrap sealed box, with all the original seals undamaged ,if so, then unfortunately it is a faulty product, and you need to invoke the Amazon returns policy ,and get it replaced ,when it comes to the Air 3, there is no way to calibrate the OA sensors ,this is done automatically, during the start up process, while the drone is aquireing Satts, if any of the seals were broken then you could have been sent one that was already returned ,by another customer

I got mine from Amazon too. It was in a box that was too big for the Air 3 box, with just one or two of those little plastic air pillows, just floating around in there. My gimbal cover was knocked off in shipping and was also floating in there, and the packing bags had the motor spindles stabbed through them, from some impact.

I had to sign for it too.

I will return it to Amazon.
The wrapped sealed box was damaged ( hole above More Combo)
All the original seals undamaged

As you can see, the Amazon package is weak : the DJI box moves easily left to right, top to bottom inside.
