Returning mavic to DJI

Hi.. new mavic owner here. I accidently purchased 2 mavics from DJI to ensure I got one. I've tried contacting their customer service via chat and was told to email their sales email account. It's been two weeks, and I still haven't heard anything back from them. Was wondering if anyone had any experience with returning a mavic to them. any help is appreciated. thx.

It's been 6 weeks and still no word from DJI. I have sent them 4 emails. I have spoken to online chat 4 times - always say they can't help.. No one else has gone through this??

This might be your best option right now. Maybe list it in the classifieds section. Your lucky you received 2, some people can't even get one.
