Just ordered the Zoom for Pick Up at a Local Best Buy. When during check it out it noticed that my account shows I have a birthday coming up next week and there was a 10% off button. WOO-HOO, it worked. $1212.18 after tax's.

Hi guys anyone encountered this problem here. Every time i take video i cant download it direct to my phone or play the videos it said like this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The latest iOS 11.4 also I cam across the issue of unattached videos as I deleted the files think from the sd card or was it from the DJI app... not sure

My phone has the latest firmware bro. I think the h.265 is not downloadable if i change it to h.264 everything is working okay.

Nothing like your post getting hijacked LOL. Good stuff though... I received an email from Best Buy regarding my birthday but I had already purchased. Best Buy did a price match on my package so with the 10% off it would’ve been like a $37 additional savings... I didn’t wanna be “that guy” so I just skipped it. It’s good to know that they do that though... save next major purchased for my birthday!

FYI if your able to get the Best Buy Birthday 10% discount. I only ordered the Zoom but decided on the way to picking it up to order the FlyMore Kit. Of course there was no stock out here but calling their 800# they we're able to reapply the birthday code (10% off), and have it set for pick up locally this friday.
