Sending M2P to DJI Care

Hi all, I have to send my M2P for repair or exchange on my dji care. My questions are, do i send only the drone? no battery? no proppeler? no remote? thanks in advance

Yes just the Drone no: remember to remove the Sd card.

Not sure if your drone was involved in a crash? If so, be sure to check your battery for damages as well.
I had a drone that needed to be replaced and didn’t realize until later that the battery was cracked and not suitable for use. ?

Ok guys thank you, i revoved my Sd card and no damage to battery so it will go to Dji with UPS next Monday

I had mine repaired by DJI, they were very quick and their tech support was excellent plus their repair charges were good. They sent a replacement in the end, not mine repaired. Of course, under warranty you will have no charges and you should have a replacement in about ten days.
