Smart Controller Activation? SOS

Ok, after I put in my email, password & 4 digit code it or goes to a terms & condition screen...it does not appear to scroll all the way down to accept? So I cant get to the Activation screen? did this like 20 times!

Assume this is on some device other than an actual computer...true?
If so, do you have access to one for a larger screen.

This is on the Smart Controller.... it simply wont let me move on to the next screen...it dont appear to completely scroll to the bottom, but its also a long way to the bottom of the (Terms of Use and Privacy Policy) screen.

Just simply using another email & password....go figure?
