Smart Controller firmware update

I fully charged my SC. Tried to update the firmware, but the battery dies before it updates, even though its pluged into the computer.
WTH????
I had sent the SC to DJI to check the batterybut they said it was fine.

How long is it taking to update ? You may not have the right settings for the update to take place. .

Are you sure the battery is dying, or are you just hitting the auto-shutdown timeout?
