Sold my Air 2 .. How to remove it from my account?

Hey Guys, Quick question, Has anyone ever sold a DJI drone before , I just sold a Air 2 on ebay and the buyer is telling me I have to remove it from my DJI account. I dont see anything on my account to show a list of the drones on my account. I deleted it from my FAA registration. But I never heard of removing off my DJI account. Any help with this would be helpful. TIA

open the app, on the front page click "profile", then click "device management", then click "remove device from account".
The app needs to be connected to the www for the removal to be registered etc..
There may be some thing relating to the controller as well but I can't help with that but I think that only applies if you had flyaway insurance.
