There is only a patch available for rc1 not rc2 at moment Russians are working on a patch called cos im waiting for that the Chinese patch as gone for the rc2 unfortunately for now

hi guys there is a guy doing a permanent fcc hack for the mini 3 pro rc controller. 40usd just wondering if anyone on here had heard of him or even had done the fcc hack?. can only get him thorugh telegram dji fcc his name.

there is no reason to upgrade
DJI made it perfectly clear. all the nice features are going to the mini 4 pro

10 firmware realeases later and we still ndo not have AR drone shadow and AR RTH route visuals.

they are only doing one thing. blocking things and screwing up functionality.

i am on 1200 and staying on that

I can tell you that you can update it up to version 1700 without losing Fcc, and working great.

I am on .1400 myself but not going any higher as there are no benefits , only downsides and pitfalls .

New firmware 01.03.1800 does not allow installing FCC patch and 5.8 GHz yet
Installation is possible only up to firmware 01.03.1700 inclusive!
Be careful when updating!

Did you do the manual file copy part? I’ve never had to do it before but perhaps this time it is needed?

Which files you mean? Currently I downgrade on Firmware02.02.0300 and activate fcc again

Go back to 01.03.1700 with DJI Assistant 2 and apply the path again.
