Strange and unpredictable gimble behavior

Hello guys!
Last weekend, I was flying my Mini 3 with 1.6.12 prereleased version (not the actual one). I simply made 2 short flights, but every 2-3 minutes, my gimble became heretic for 1 or 2 seconds.
I watched the flight logs but I have seen any notifications. As an example, at 1:35, drone behaves as it was hit by a bird, the gimble switches to vertical position, without any reason...

something uncalled for and erratic probably means a return to DJI. Hope I'm wrong,

when I had a gimble problem they had me send in both the drone and the controller. The replaced my drone and returned the controller. It was the controller. I had to test test it and then send the controller back and they replaced it. Then the drone's micro sd-card reader failed and I had to send IT back and they replaced THAT. Sheesh. So...just know...the problem could be either the drone or the controller sending the wrong signal to the gimble itself.
