Telescopic Rocker Joystick advantages Or Disadvanatges

Heya guys. I am thinking about purchasing and switching out the DJI RCN1 joysticks with some longer ones for my Mavic 3. I will really like to get more control and become a better pilot by using the pinching techniques, However i feel that the stock sticks are too short. anyone tried these?

Will i need to Calibrate my RCN1 if I switch to these sticks?

Anyone have experience using them?

I have them.... they work great and slow your movements with their extra length.

You can control the responsiveness of the sticks in the settings
