FYI in case you didn't already know....

[TENN. CODE ANN. §§ 39-13-903, 70-4-302, 39-13-609]
Prohibits the use of UAS over the grounds of a correctional facility.
Prohibits use of UAS to capture images over certain open air events and fireworks displays.
Prohibits surveillance without consent of person who is hunting or angling.
Prohibits LE agencies from using UAS to gather evidence or other information except under specified circumstances.

I figured the more information we have , the safer we can be.

That's my understanding also unless you have permission from those locations.

Also, TN State Parks require written permission from the Park Manager for drone flights, unfortunately. Thankfully, AL doesn't have this restriction.
