DJI has a new Mavic 2 Enterprise DUAL (with thermal camera) Mavic 2 Enterprise- Specifications, FAQs, Videos, Tutorials, Manuals - DJI

Other than that, there are some FLIR products available such as the FLIR DUO, FLIR DUO Pro, VUE Pro.

As a temporary solution, or more a proof of concept, i attached a VUE Pro on a Mavic Pro:



It all depends, what are your expectations, or what do you want to do with such a solution.

I've been looking for something the rescue squad I'm a member of can afford (not much). There's several out there you can easily find with Google.

Is this for private use or on a regular, commercial basis?

If commercial, forget the add-on DIY stuff, get a drone capable of carrying a gimbal mounted FLIR cam.

If for home use and playing around, mount a FLIR Duo on your existing drone with a 3D printed mount.

If it's a one or two time occurence in which you want to check your own house/building/stuff, let a company do the inspection and have them deliver a clean report.
